Pinkie had it all. A great job, great friends, had the honor of carrying one of the Element of Harmony, what more could she ask for? She never thought that anything could go wrong. One fateful day, a enemy totally unknown came into Equestria and together they faced the beast and defeated it but the Elements of Harmony took it's toll, an explosion occurred, causing all of her friends to drop dead while Pinkie's Element of Harmony didn't go south, it stayed in tact. As Pinkie got up and noticed every one of her friends on the ground completely motionless, she tried desperately to wake her friends up but nothing worked. She said to herself "I WON'T GIVE UP ON MY FRIENDS!". She continued for hours trying to bring her friends back, but nothing worked. All she could do was to leave them. She realized that she was alone and that her friends were gone. She sat on her haunches and began to cry uncontrollably. She looked down on her hooves. *Sniff* "How could of such thing happen? This isn't fair! WHY DID THIS HAPPEN!?!" Pinkie screamed on top of her lungs, only making her cry even harder. "I- I can't believe all my friends are gone forever". She grabbed her Element of Harmony and stepped on it, causing the blue crystal encrusted inbetween gold plating to crack into tiny pieces. "Stupid Element! This is all YOUR FAULT!!". Her breathing was uneasy. "WHY COULDN'T HAVE I GONE WITH THEM?" She sat down again "I guess there's nothing else I can live for". But then she realized that she had to continue living on for her friends. They didn't want Pinkie to be all alone. She had plenty of more friends.. but the friends she always hanged out with were the bestest friends she could ever ask for, and all of a sudden they're gone. Her friends knew that it was the end, but neither told her that it was the end for them but not Pinkie Pie. She was more confused than ever. "I don't understand why I wasn't taken. Each and every one of my friends Element of Harmony necklaces went boom but mine didn't? What is this telling me? Somepony tell me!". No answer was given as she knew that nopony would be there to answer her question. "I guess I have to answer that question for myself". Pinkie got up and walked over to each and one of her friends, gave them a hug and kiss on the forehead and said goodbye and walked away, not looking back. She had to go the Ponyville Funeral Home so that each and one of her friends got a proper funeral at the same time. This was the least she could do since they're no longer with her.
A few days have past since the accident. Every one of Pinkie's friends were taken and dressed nicely, placed into a different colored casket, matching their fur and on the top and sides of the casket where their names and cutie mark. Each and every one of her friends wore a white dress, with a flower inbetween their hooves. As the funeral session began, Pinkie was in the front row seat crying her eyes out. She wasn't alone. Her Mother, Father and both of her sisters were there to comfort her. Pinkie's father spoke softly to her "I know it's hard losing the ones that you loved and cared for, but this isn't the end of the road sweetheart, you have to continue to be strong for your friends. They want you to live on and continue to be a happy party pony that you were destined to be. There's plenty of more friends to make. You have us too sweetheart". Pinkie Pie looked up and smiled weakly. "Your right daddy. *sniff* I know that my friends want me to live on and continue being what I truly am. I pinkie promise to each and every one of them that I won't stop being Pinkie Pie. I'll make sure that their final request is made properly".
The funeral pony walked up to the podium and asked if anyone had to say anything about these 5 brave ponies who sacrificed themselves to save Equestria from the evil enemy. Pinkie raised her hoof. "I do". Pinkie got up and walked up to the podium and began to speak. "Everypony, these 5 friends I had were the most special, bestest friends I've ever had in my entire life. I also have everyone else here in the audience as my friend too. But these 5 were more than just friends. They were like a family to me to only be suddenly gone by the recent enemy that we all successfully defeated". Pinkie began to cry again. "But that doesn't mean I'll stop living, I'll continue to live on and continue to be me and make everypony smile. I know it would of been their last request and I pinkie promise forever to keep that going for as long as I live. I'll be up there with them someday, but today isn't the day, or anytime soon. Goodbye my dear friends. I love every single one of you. Rest in Peace guys". With that, Pinkie walked off from the podium and sat down.
"If nopony else has anything to say, we will now bury these 5 heros". The funeral pony said.
A network of ponies grabbed each casket, and brought them to the row of gravestones in a line next to eachother. Each with their names carved in, their element of harmony stone and description, birth year and death year. Each casket was layed in the holes softly and everypony threw roses on top of their caskets. As the caskets were finally burried. Everyone departed except pinkie pie who had a few more words to say.
"It was a great adventure and pleasure to have each and every one of you as friends. I'll never forget the times she shared and the fun we all had together. It was an honor. Again, I pinkie promise to full fill every one of yalls final request. I'm forever grateful to have known you guys and live with like a family. I'm going to miss each and one of you so much. Rest in peace guys. I love every single one of you. I'll be up there soon and we can party for all eternity". Pinkie got up and kissed her hoof and waved it on every single stone and began to walk back to Ponyville. Remembering her friends peacefully.
